“You are never a nobody. You are somebody becoming something.”

How’s Your Energy?

If you know me, you know that I despise the question: “How are you?”. We all have said the “I’m good” default response - even when its not true. When I began asking, “How’s your energy?”, it changed my life, my relationships, and my connections.

Asking about someone’s energy adds an unexpected layer of intentionality, encouraging genuine reflection rather than autopilot responses. It transforms a simple “How are you?” into an opportunity for more meaningful, mindful connection.

My Mission

Breakthroughs come from breaking patterns. I help people break free from habits that no longer serve them, guiding them to redefine wealth, status, and purpose on their terms. My mission is to help others build strength and stability across every dimension of life—to be deeply well, not just doing well.

My Vision

Life isn’t just something that happens to you; it’s something you design. My vision is to create a society where people aren’t defined by online comparisons, but instead build lives rooted in self-care and true wellbeing. I empower individuals to live intentionally, where every choice elevates their potential and aligns with their values.

My values

I value the lifelong practice of self-discovery, where learning about our capabilities, mind, body, and spirit becomes the project of a lifetime. Focus brings clarity, intention shapes meaningful choices, collaboration builds community, and action turns knowledge into lasting transformation.

About Jae

Hi! I’m Jaelyn Vickery, a clinical-financial therapist, wellness polymath, and entrepreneur dedicated to bridging the gap between wealth and wellness.

With experience in both the financial industry and mental health, I launched Dimensional Wealth LLC to redefine how we relate to both ourselves and our money, balancing internal wellness with external success.

Too often, we mistake consumption for fulfillment, chasing external validation instead of internal peace. My work uses research-driven strategies to break these cycles and create a sustainable, intentional lifestyle where you LIVE for each day.

My research on eating disorders and financial strain shaped the concept of Disordered Consumption™, highlighting how compulsive spending, eating, and consumerism affect well-being. Through education and therapy, I guide individuals to build their own blueprint for abundant intentional living using my FIVEREPS™ Momentum Methodology and C3 Cycle™ framework.

Why Therapy?

I became a therapist not just to help others, but to understand myself—because, like many, I was trapped in a cycle of people-pleasing, achievement-chasing, and seeking validation. I measured my worth by my accomplishments, constantly pursuing the next milestone without asking if it truly aligned with me. But when everything I worked for began to unravel, I had to face a painful truth: A plan without purpose is just another form of loss.

Without acknowledging our true aspirations and fears, we chase validation instead of purpose and live for others’ expectations rather than our own fulfillment.

At my lowest, I realized that healing required me to stop invalidating my pain. I immersed myself in understanding the human mind and became fascinated by how we rebuild after hardship. Helping others make sense of their journeys has been life-changing—not just for them, but for me.

Growth is uncomfortable; it demands letting go of old patterns and shedding what once felt safe. But with that discomfort comes freedom—the ability to step out of survival mode and into a life of true satisfaction and growth.
