How’s Your Energy?

If you know me, you know that I’ve never been a fan of the question: “How are you?”. We all have said the “I’m good” default response - even when its not true.

When I began asking, “How’s your energy?”, it changed my life, my relationships, and my connections.

Asking about someone’s energy adds an unexpected layer of intentionality, encouraging genuine reflection rather than autopilot responses. It transforms a simple “How are you?” into an opportunity for more meaningful, mindful connection.

My Mission

My mission is to help people gain control over the pressures that drive their spending, eating, and consuming habits. I teach individuals and couples to understand their money language, replace avoidance with strategy, and make clear, confident decisions. Together, we build systems that create financial stability, reduce stress, and support everyday well-being.

My Vision

I envision a world where people communicate clearly about money, make intentional choices, and feel confident managing life’s demands. By understanding the patterns behind food, finance, and consumption, people can build systems that support their goals instead of draining their energy. My goal is to help others create balance, freedom, and confidence in how they live and spend.

My values

I value clarity, consistency, and communication as the foundation for personal growth. Focus creates direction, systems build momentum, and strategy turns goals into results. My work is about helping people move from pressure to progress through intentional decision-making that lasts.

Why Financial Therapy?

Self-awareness is a superpower.

I realized that being aware of what triggers my habits and decisions around money doesn’t mean I’m perfect—but it gives me the tools to make better choices. For years, I felt trapped in a one-dimensional life: work consumed me, and trying to fit in the rest of life felt impossible. There was no longevity in the “wealthy life” I truly wanted to design.

Financial therapy at Dimensional Wealth is a trauma-informed coaching model designed to help others become the true architects of their lives. It’s not about radical self-change or perfection—it’s about leveraging both good and bad habits to turn shame into systems, pressure into strategy, and avoidance into understanding.

I couldn’t do it alone, and that’s when I realized something important: real progress happens when we build it together.

Through financial therapy, you learn to understand your triggers, communicate about money with confidence, and build structures that support your unique goals. You’re not alone in this journey—together, we create a life where wealth supports wellness, and wellness supports the life you actually want to live.

About Jae

Financial therapy found me before I ever found the field. While earning my master’s degree, I worked in banking—thinking that being around money would help me learn how to manage it. What I didn’t expect was how much I’d learn about people. I saw firsthand how money carries pressure, silence, and stories.

That’s where I learned to speak the language of money—not just in numbers, but in emotion, behavior, and communication. And in the middle of trying to figure out how to provide for myself and support the people I love, I realized something: generational wealth starts with generational conversations.

To build it, we have to talk about it—honestly. I’ve had to acknowledge, let go of, and redefine my own money story—what I was taught, what I inherited, and what no longer fits the life I’m building. That’s why I help others do the same: to replace avoidance with understanding, pressure with strategy, and consumption with clarity.

My work blends money, food, and everyday life—because how we spend, eat, and show up under pressure all come from the same place. Together, we build systems that make sense for you—so wealth isn’t just about what you earn, but how well you live.
