Meet the Team
Our team is made up of financial therapists and coaches who get it—because we’re navigating the same world you are.
A community supporting our own, led by financial therapists and coaches grounded in mental health, financial planning, and consumer psychology.
Jaelyn Vickery, CFT™
-
Working with Jae feels like stepping out of financial noise and into clarity. Clients come to her feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of impulsive spending, emotional consumption, or avoidance, and leave with a stronger sense of self-trust, calm, and direction. Over time, they move from reacting to money to relating to it with intention, confidence, and self-respect.
-
Jae helps individuals and couples understand the patterns driving their financial behaviors and build systems that support their values, goals, and overall wellbeing. This work focuses on awareness, regulation, and practical strategy, not restriction or shame. Together, clients transform reactive cycles into intentional structures that feel sustainable in real life. The result is relief, agency, and a clearer path forward.
-
With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Social Work, Jae brings a behavioral health lens to financial therapy and coaching. She integrates her background in emotional regulation, habit formation, and relational dynamics to help clients feel more capable and empowered in everyday decisions. Her approach supports long-term balance, not just short-term financial fixes.
-
Outside of her work with clients, Jae enjoys chess, movement, time with her dog, and listening to house music. She believes financial decisions are deeply connected to personal growth, wellness, and daily life. Her work helps clients build systems that support not only what they earn, but the kind of life they want to inhabit.
