What began at my kitchen table in 2024, with countless hours of independent editing, producing, and distributing, has evolved into something far beyond what I first imagined.
Today, your Finance, Fitness & Finesse host, Jaelyn Vickery aka JaeVic is proud to announce our official partnership with WCIA and Nexstar Media Group, marking a powerful evolution in how we bring real, honest, and impactful money conversations to a community of wealth builders.

Finance, Fitness & Finesse is a financial wellness podcast that helps adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s build financial literacy, strengthen their money mindset, and create a healthier relationship with wealth.

If you’re not engaging in conversations about money or challenging your habits, mindset, and patterns, you’re limiting your ability to build long-term financial stability and empowerment. Real financial growth requires real self understanding.
The economic climate is changing rapidly, and the people who thrive will not be the ones avoiding money conversations. They will be the ones leaning into them. F3 exists to create a space where those conversations are not only normalized, but necessary.
From Local Roots to Global Reach
Through its partnership with WCIA and Nexstar Media Group, and the support and brand management of Garriet Pendleton, founder of Garriet Global Marketing, F3 is now professionally produced and recorded in-studio, expanding its reach while staying grounded in its original purpose.
Episodes premiere first on the WCIA3 Plus app (available on Apple TV, Roku, and Firestick), giving listeners early access to each conversation.
From there, episodes are distributed across all major platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, making F3 accessible wherever and however you choose to learn.
What started as a personal pursuit of knowledge has grown into a multi-platform experience with the potential to reach audiences across regional markets and beyond.
